We live in a fast-paced world and it’s easy to get overwhelmed by all the tasks we have to do.

We can also become overwhelmed by the negative tone of most media information.

Which is why we need to keep this card in mind…

Ace of Cups: Holding onto joy

It’s important for our mental health to find something to celebrate every day.

We want to model this way of living for our children.

There are so many ways to feel good.

Playing sport.

Spending time in nature.

Being with your children and grandchildren.

Enjoying a cup of tea with friends.

Counting your blessings.

I spend time in the outdoors and write this blog (amongst other things!)
