The Chariot: Living Life In The Fast Lane

The Chariot

Well, I’m mortified that I failed to post last night. Not that it probably matters but my self-imposed mission is to write a snippet about some aspect of Tarot cards every single day. I’ll add an extra one tonight to even up the scoreboard.

I’ve just been so busy this week with my normal life. Ridiculous busy. Driving hours several times this week to help my eldest daughter get set up at university. But also just everyday stuff such as catching up with friends. You’ve got to water your friendships to keep them growing.

Originally I was going to label this post ‘Falling Asleep At The Wheel’ because I’ve felt too tired for days to get my thoughts straight. Too tired to be anything but lame. I don’t want to write posts for the sake of it and I was verging on doing just that when writing about the Three Of Pentacles on Wednesday night. Apologies. Hopefully you found it interesting regardless.

‘Living Life In The Fast Lane’ seems a more appropriate caption for this post somehow. But whichever way you look at it I’m clearly under the influence of The Chariot card. You know you’re in The Chariot zone when you’re spending a lot of time in the car. Or just rushing around. Or feeling torn in several directions at once. Pulled apart at the seams by the various wild horses of family, work, friends etc.

My favourite astrologer Mystic Medusa says that we are living through a quickening. She calls it the Zap Zone. It involves a series of heavenly sharp angles between Uranus and Pluto and is meant to involve a speeding up of spiritual evolution. Personally, I wish it would slow down a little.

Do you feel like life has sped up lately?
